Frank Chapman is Executive Director of the National Alliance Against Racist and Political Repression. That organization led the fight for community control of the police, with the creation of the Community Commission on Public Safety and Accountability in Chicago. But that success did not mean the end of police violence. Frank Chapman joins us from Chicago to discuss the recent police killing of Dexter Reed.
